Question 1

Is Heroes III Complete free?

Accepted Answer

No. The DRM-free GOG master normally costs $9.99. The HD Mod and PlayBound party support are free additions that require that legal copy.

Question 2

How many people can play Heroes III Complete?

Accepted Answer

Up to eight players can share a hotseat, LAN game, or supported online lobby session.

Question 3

Does the PlayBound Edition require Steam or GOG Galaxy?

Accepted Answer

No. Use GOG’s offline installer for the master copy; Galaxy is optional, and the HD Mod comes from its official community site.

Question 4

How does PlayBound multiplayer work?

Accepted Answer

Use the HD+ Online Lobby for community rooms, or choose PlayBound Connect to put the party on one private network for LAN hosting without port forwarding.
