CiNEmatic is a first person shooter, abstract, single player mod for Quake II created by Artistic AI Bytes. The goal for CiNEmatic mod for Quake II RTX game to bring much better RTX visuals(real-time ray tracing capabilities of graphics) with the same fps than original Quake II RTX. For example mod will be based on full "Turic" Q2 model pack with reshaded... The current download offered here is CiNEmaticMod_v_1_12182023f.1.zip (84 MB), uploaded Dec 18th, 2023 by UHDk1ng. PlayBound downloads the archive and unpacks it into a mod folder inside your Quake II install; follow the included readme to enable it. It targets Quake II RTX and needs a ray-tracing capable graphics card.
Install with the PlayBound Launcher
The launcher installs this into mods/quake-ii-cinematic-mod/ for Quake II Enhanced. If the base game is missing, it will install that first.
