A louder social deduction game with proximity voice, big lobbies, and enough roles to keep veteran groups guessing.
That One Thing
Proximity voice turns every hallway into theater.
Goose Goose Duck clears the PlayBound Bar with a specific hook, honest trade-offs, and a version worth putting in front of players.
Worth the cost
Free, or regularly available for $15 or less. Good developers deserve to be paid, and optional cosmetics, expansions, and premium extras are welcome. But we won't list games that sell competitive advantages, disguise a trial as free, or charge again to finish the core experience.
Ready to play
Playable and satisfying today. It can be unfinished; it cannot be unfun. We love supporting indie developers, but prototypes, broken releases, and promises of a future game do not make the cut.
Tested by PlayBound
We install it, launch it, and play it ourselves. We've spent hours building definitive editions and making multiplayer work, because a store-page claim is not the same as a game we can confidently put in front of you.
That One Thing
Every game needs that one thing we'd excitedly tell our friends about. It might be the mechanics, story, art, soundtrack, controls, community, or the way it brings people together. If it doesn't have one, it doesn't make the catalog.

Goose Goose Duck is Gaggle Studios' free social deduction game for groups that want more roles, more maps and more noise than the minimalist template. Geese complete objectives, ducks sabotage them, and a growing set of neutral roles pursues its own strange win conditions.
Proximity voice is the defining feature. Conversations fade as players separate, private alliances form in corners, and a panicked voice arriving from the next room can reveal more than a meeting transcript ever would. Matches support large groups, cross-platform play and several modes, so a regular community can rotate formats instead of solving one ruleset forever.
The abundance is also the learning curve. Role interactions, map gimmicks and cosmetic systems take longer to parse than Among Us, but experienced groups gain more room for social improvisation. Built-in voice lowers the need for a separate chat server when everyone is comfortable using it.
The supported native PC build is primarily Steam-distributed; Google Play Games on PC is an official alternative but adds its own client and virtualization requirements. PlayBound will use Steam only because there is no cleaner standalone Windows package. Modified clients and role cheats are excluded.
PlayBound's read: choose this when your group has outgrown the simplest social-deduction rules and wants every hallway conversation to become part of the match.
We picked Goose Goose Duck because its proximity voice and huge role pool give experienced groups far more ways to improvise, lie and accidentally confess.
