“Needs work”
3OpenCiv3 could be so good, but it's not yet. It needs work to get to the level of OpenCiv and truly be a replacement for Civilization 3. The UI needs work and it needs to do a better job of explaining it. It's Civilization, so you never expect great graphics, but this is rough. It will scratch the civ3 itch, but the developers need to put more into it. It's in pre-alpha state, so hopefully in the next year or so it will take some solid. strides
