Not on the PC build we list. Co-op is local 2P. Remote friends use PlayBound Couch / phone-as-controller on the host.

Do I need GOG Galaxy?

No. Offline installers work. PlayBound's one-click path opens Galaxy for convenience when you use Galaxy.

Does it support controllers?

Yes — native gamepad play. PlayBound does not need to rewrite a config file for basic pads.
