Free twin-stick duck blast
That One Thing
Couch co-op is two hunters on one PC — not a lobby code, and we do not pretend otherwise.
A free twin-stick remaster that still wants two pads on one screen — GOG DRM-free, no store tax, no invented online.
Worth the cost
Free, or regularly available for $15 or less. Good developers deserve to be paid, and optional cosmetics, expansions, and premium extras are welcome. But we won't list games that sell competitive advantages, disguise a trial as free, or charge again to finish the core experience.
Ready to play
Playable and satisfying today. It can be unfinished; it cannot be unfun. We love supporting indie developers, but prototypes, broken releases, and promises of a future game do not make the cut.
Tested by PlayBound
We install it, launch it, and play it ourselves. We've spent hours building definitive editions and making multiplayer work, because a store-page claim is not the same as a game we can confidently put in front of you.
That One Thing
Every game needs that one thing we'd excitedly tell our friends about. It might be the mechanics, story, art, soundtrack, controls, community, or the way it brings people together. If it doesn't have one, it doesn't make the catalog.

Relic Hunters Zero: Remix is Rogue Snail's free remaster of the million-player twin-stick hit. You pick one of seven hunters, run the Asteroid Dungeon Nemesis, and clear waves of Ducan ducks and turtles with tiny guns that still feel heavy. Adventure Mode is a twelve-level campaign with unlockable relics; Endless and Storm change the pressure; Daily Mode gives everyone the same random seed to chase.
Co-op is local only: up to two players on one screen. Controllers are supported; keyboard plus pad works when you only have one pad. There is no native online co-op on the PC build PlayBound ships through GOG — friends who are not in the room use PlayBound Couch / phone-as-controller so a remote pad appears as player two on the host.
GOG lists it as Play for free with a DRM-free offline installer; Galaxy is optional for cloud saves. PlayBound's Install button opens Galaxy on product 1205909172 (`goggalaxy://openGameView/1205909172`) so claim and install stay one click for Galaxy users. We do not redistribute GOG installers.
We carry it because free twin-stick co-op with a finished campaign still clears the bar, and because Couch mode covers the second seat without inventing LAN the game does not ship.
We picked Relic Hunters Zero: Remix because it is genuinely free on GOG, finished, controller-friendly, and honest about couch-only co-op. Galaxy one-click plus PlayBound Couch covers install and remote friends without lying about netplay.
