Open-source Sonic kart racing — Race, Battle, and online via Connect.
SRB2Kart is a free racing game released under Open Source (GPL-2.0). It runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, needs about 200 MB of disk space, and requires no account, payment or trial. On a computer, the fastest route is the PlayBound Launcher. On a phone or tablet, use the official store or site instead.
One-click install
PlayBound fetches the official release — no third-party mirrors.
Windows
Click Install in PlayBound to download and run the official SRB2Kart v1.6 Windows installer from GitHub.
macOS
Install uses the official SRB2Kart 1.6 macOS dmg from the same GitHub release.
Windows
Launch srb2kart.exe, configure pads in Options, then Host Network Game or Join Game from PlayBound.
Online: create a PlayBound Connect party, host from Multiplayer, and let joiners use Join Game (+connect) or the in-game Join Network Game menu.
