Military-sim total conversion for Enemy Territory. Realistic weapons and objectives on ET: Legacy.
TrueCombat: Elite (TC:E) is the long-running Enemy Territory conversion that throws out class-based Wolfenstein fantasy for a military simulator: weapon handling, hitboxes, and objective modes closer to early Call of Duty mixed with Counter-Strike, running on ET maps. Close Quarters Battle (CQB) is the companion indoor ruleset packaged with current community installers.
The live version is TC:E 0.49b. Classic 32-bit ET mods still matter here — ET: Legacy's x86 build is the engine community installers bundle, because x64 ETL will not load 32-bit mods. PlayBound's default ET: Legacy edition stays the stock etmain client; this edition is the TC:E installer path, not a replacement for vanilla ET.
There is no single upstream zip PlayBound can fetch. Community all-in-one installers (ET: Legacy + TC:E 0.49b + CQB 0.223 + optional maps) are what players actually use. This edition opens that download page.

Vouched for by established community members, not yet PlayBound tested.
No. Keep PlayBound's ET: Legacy edition for vanilla etmain. TC:E is a separate install that bundles its own ETL x86 client plus the tcetest mod.
Not for this mod. TC:E 0.49b is 32-bit. Community installers ship ETL x86 for that reason.

Modern 64-bit open-source engine with modern OpenGL, widescreen, and server downloader.
