Does this replace ET: Legacy?

No. Keep PlayBound's ET: Legacy edition for vanilla etmain. TC:E is a separate install that bundles its own ETL x86 client plus the tcetest mod.

Can I use the 64-bit ET: Legacy build?

Not for this mod. TC:E 0.49b is 32-bit. Community installers ship ETL x86 for that reason.

Community all-in-one installer. Prefer the ET: Legacy + TC:E package over dropping files into a Steam ET folder. 32-bit (x86) ET: Legacy is required for TC:E 0.49b.
