The current download offered here is SC_Revolution_v2.2.3.rar (18 MB), uploaded Aug 16th, 2017 by RavenWolf. The release is a .rar archive, which PlayBound downloads into a mod folder for you to extract with 7-Zip or WinRAR.
Install with the PlayBound Launcher
The launcher installs this into mods/starcraft-sc-revolution/ for StarCraft. If the base game is missing, it will install that first.
