About TinyWind
TinyWind looks like a cute pixel boat and then asks you to sail it properly. Wind is not a decoration: points of sail, apparent wind, and the difference between reaching and running show up in a tiny sprite. Voyages are short roguelite runs — British waters, Spanish waters, treasures with encyclopaedia links, the occasional mythic pet — rather than an open-world pirate MMO.
Today the honest way to play is in the browser at tinywind.io (also listed on itch). A Steam Early Access build is planned; until that ships, PlayBound treats this as a browser game, not a desktop installer. Progress may ask you to register. That is friction, not a gacha window.
It is early. Modes are still landing. Art is modest. The reason it is in the catalog is that the sailing model is more interesting than ninety percent of ‘click to pirate’ games, and you can try it without paying. If you wanted Sea of Thieves with a crew of five, this is not that. If you wanted ten-minute voyages that actually care about the wind, it is.

Free pirate games usually fake the water. TinyWind models the wind well enough that a short browser run feels like sailing, and that is rare enough to list while it is still early.

Is TinyWind free?
The current browser game is free to play. A paid Steam Early Access build is planned. There is no mobile-style gacha attached to the browser client we are describing.
Can I install TinyWind on Windows?
Not as a PlayBound launcher title yet. Play it in the browser. Wishlist Steam app 4827130 if you want a future desktop build.
Is TinyWind finished?
No. It is early and still adding modes. The sailing model is already the reason to try it.
Does TinyWind have multiplayer?
There is a live world with other captains and ranked/ladder features in development. You can still treat a voyage as a short solo run.
Why is this in a catalog of installable games?
Because people already look for it on PlayBound, it is free to try, and the honest install path today is the official site — not a third-party zip.
